6th International Forum on Online Dispute Resolution

The next International Forum on Online Dispute Resolution (the Forum) will be held on 4th and 5th December 2007 in Hong Kong.

The Forum is organised by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) in collaboration with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Law (HKU).

The Forum aims at providing an overview of the diverse online dispute resolution (ODR) techniques, the prospects of ODR, as well as exploring and analysing the necessity for developing and promoting ODR.

Speakers of the forum include representatives from the IT industry, international organisations, professional services, senior government officials, leading academics and many others.
