Welcome to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre's (HKIAC) Internet keyword dispute resolution website.

As of 11 April 2005 , the HKIAC has been approved by the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) to be one of the keyword dispute resolution centres. Keyword disputes handled by the HKIAC are governed by the CNNIC Internet Keyword Dispute Resolution Policy (CNNIC IKDRP) and the HKIAC Rules for CNNIC Internet Keyword Dispute Resolution Policy (the Rules) approved for implementation by CNNIC on 11 April 2005 . The administrative process will be based only on the documents provided by the parties, only in exceptional cases an in-person hearing may be conducted.

Internet Keyword disputes administered by the HKIAC can be filed and handled by e-mail, fax and/or post. The necessary forms for filing a Complaint or submitting a Response can be downloaded by clicking on " Submit Complaint Form " and " Submit Response Form ".

In order to assist parties there is Flow Chart of Proceedings showing the various stages of a Internet Keyword dispute resolution proceedings, as well as a series of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) and answers thereto, which hopefully will be useful to the parties.
