Carrie is the Acting Chief Representative (Shanghai Office) of HKIAC. She heads HKIAC’s ADR team which provides services in mediation, adjudication and domain name dispute resolution.
Before joining HKIAC, Carrie was Assistant Professor of Law at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics where she headed the University’s Free Trade and ADR Research and Development Center. In 2016, she was a visiting research scholar at University of California Berkeley, Center for the Study of Law and Society.
