HKIAC Council Member & Managing Partner of Hui Zhong Law Firm Fei Ning, Partner of O’ Melveny & Myers Friven Yeoh, and HKIAC Managing Counsel Joe Liu met 50 in-house counsel at a seminar jointly organised by the Legal Executive Board and HKIAC in Shenzhen. The seminar focused on foreign-related arbitration under Chinese law and the typical procedures under the HKIAC rules.
