Developments in Russia: HKIAC’s PAI Status One Year On

This webinar will update users on developments concerning HKIAC's Permanent Arbitration Institution ("PAI") status under Russian law, and explain the options and implications for parties to Russian-related arbitrations.

In April 2019, HKIAC was the first Russian institution to be granted PAI status allowing it to administer certain categories of disputes in Russia. This provides parties to Russian-related contracts with the services of an internationally recognised institution. One year on, HKIAC is able to provide an update on the scope of its services as a PAI and its work in the region.
