Introduction
The HKIAC places great emphasis in providing online dispute resolution services in a wide variety of areas including intellectual property and information technology. The HKIAC’s goal is to become a leading online dispute resolution provider regarding domain names and E-Commerce. The HKIAC provides online dispute resolution services in the following ways: ________________________________________ A. Dispute Resolution Service for Domain Names:
1. Dispute Resolution for gTLDs (.com, .net, and .org) - (UDRP)
The HKIAC is a partner and manager of the Hong Kong Office of the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre, one of four domain name dispute resolution providers approved by the Internet Corporation for the Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). With this position, the HKIAC provides domain name dispute resolution services regarding generic top level domain names (gTLDs) such as .com, .net and .org. Disputes regarding gTLDs are carried out under the Uniform Domain Name Policy (UDRP) issued by ICANN.
2. Dispute Resolution for Country Code Top Level Domains (ccTLDs) (.hk, .cn, .pw, and .ph)
a. Dispute Resolution for hkTLD (HKDRP)
The Hong Kong Internet Corporation Limited (HKIRC) appointed the HKIAC as the sole provider of .hk domain names dispute resolution services. The HKIRC has chosen mandatory, final and binding arbitration as the method to resolve disputes regarding .hk domain names.
b. Dispute Resolution for cnTLD (CNDRP)
The China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) appointed the HKIAC to resolve .cn domain name disputes.
c. Dispute Resolution for pwTLD (PWDRP) The .pw Registry Corporation appointed the HKIAC as the sole .pw Domain Name Dispute Resolution Service Provider.
d. Dispute Resolution for phTLD (PHDRP) The .dotPH - the Official Domain Name Registry for Philippines recently appointed the HKIAC to resolve .ph domain name disputes.

B. Dispute Resolution for Registrar Transfer (TDRP)
The ADNDRC has handled Registrar Transfer Disputes under the ICANN Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy since 11 December 2004.

C. Dispute Resolution for Internet Keyword (IKDRP)
CNNIC appointed the HKIAC as a provider to handle Internet Keyword Disputes under CNNIC's Internet Keyword Dispute Resolution Policy.

D. Dispute Resolution for Wireless Keyword (WKDRP)
CNNIC appointed the HKIAC to handle Wireless Keyword Disputes under CNNIC's Wireless Keyword Dispute Resolution Policy.
