HK45 is a new group for professionals interested in the practice of arbitration in Hong Kong who are under the age of 45. The mission of the group is to promote interest and awareness of issues relating to arbitration to strengthen the arbitration community in Hong Kong. Arbitration Update

for the New Year 2012

This seminar will present an update of recent developments in arbitration impacting Hong Kong and provide an in-depth discussion of the sovereign and crown immunity cases of FG Hemisphere and Hua Tian Long, "arb-med" procedures in Keeneye, set aside under Article 34(2) of the UNCITRAL Model Law in Grand Pacific and the pro-enforcement approach in PetroChina.
