Status UpdateLehman-Brothers-related Investment Products Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Scheme Status Update19 July 2011 The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre has received a total of 355 requests for mediation since the launch of the Scheme on 31 October 2008. As of 12 May 2011, a total of 143 mediations have been conducted under the Scheme, 127 cases of which have achieved full settlement. Hence, the settlement rate is around 89%. |
