As part of the HKIAC's initiative to amend its Administered Arbitration Rules, the HKIAC Rules Committee will be organising a consultation meeting at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, 29 February 2012 at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. You will need to register to attend the consultation meeting. A wholesale revision of the Rules is not being contemplated, as the overall view of the Council is that the Rules are working well. However, certain modifications to the Rules might usefully be made in the light of what is now a little more than three years experience of their usage.
