용의 해를 맞이하며, HKIAC는 2023년 Case Statistics를 발표하게 되어 기쁘게 생각합니다.

분쟁 금액과 중재인 선정 성별 다원화 역대 최고치 기록

2023년에 HKIAC에는 총 500건의 ADR 신 건이 접수되었다. 그 중 중재 사건은 281건으로, 2017년 이후 세번째로 높은 사건수를 기록하였다. 그 외의 사건으로는, 209건은 도메인명 분쟁이었으며 10건은 조정 사건이 있다. 281건의 중재 사건 중 184건은 HKIAC에 의해 관리되었다.
