1. The Challengeshould submit the Complaint Form (including the Complaint Transmission Cover) and annexes (to the extent available in that form) in electronic form by email to the HKIAC. Fill in the Challenge Form (Form_CH) and submit it as an attachment to the email address dotasia@hkiac.org.

2. The Challenger should at the same time submit the Challenge Form (including all annexes) in paper form in 3 sets with the original copy marked "Original" via registered post to the HKIAC. The address is as below.

1. In accordance with the DotAsia Sunrise Challenge Policy (“the Policy") and the DotAsia Sunrise Challenge Rules(“the Rules") , the Challenger shall provide a copy of the Challenge Form (including Challenge Transmission Cover and annexes) to the Respondent at the same time as it submits its Complaint to the HKIAC. The copy should be sent via the method specified by the Respondent. In the absence of such specification, the copy should be sent by facsimile transmission, with a confirmation of transmission; or by postal or courier service, with postage pre-paid and return receipt requested; or electronically via the Internet, provided a record of its transmission is available.

2. The Challenger shall provide a copy of the Challenge (including Complaint Transmission Cover and annexes) the concerned Registrar at the same time as it submits its Complaint to the HKIAC.

3. The Challengeshall pay to the HKIAC an initial fixed fee, in accordance with the DotAsia Sunrise Challenge Rules, within the time and in the amount required.
