As of 9 October 2007, the HKIAC is appointed by DotAsia Organisation Ltd. ("DotAsia") as the sole provider of dispute resolution services in regard to sunrise challenge for .asia domain names. The .asia sunrise challenge process handled by the HKIAC is governed by the DotAsia Sunrise Challenge Policy and the DotAsia Sunrise Challenge Rules with effect from 9 October 2007. The sunrise challenge process is of administrative nature and its decision is final and binding to the parties. The whole process will be based only on the documents provided by the parties without any in-person hearing.

.Asia Sunrise Challenges administered by the HKIAC can be filed and handled by e-mail, fax and/or post. The necessary forms for filing a Challenge or submitting a Response can be downloaded by clicking on "Submit Challenge Form" and "Submit Response Form".
