Welcome to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre's (HKIAC) Wireless Keyword dispute resolution website.

As of 9 July 2009 , the HKIAC has been approved by the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) to be one of the keyword dispute resolution centres. Keyword disputes handled by the HKIAC are governed by the CNNIC Wireless Keyword Dispute Resolution Policy (CNNIC WKDRP) and the HKIAC Rules for CNNIC Wireless Keyword Dispute Resolution Policy (the Rules) approved for implementation by CNNIC The administrative process will be based only on the documents provided by the parties, only in exceptional cases an in-person hearing may be conducted.

Wireless Keyword disputes administered by the HKIAC can be filed and handled by e-mail, fax and/or post. The necessary forms for filing a Complaint or submitting a Response can be downloaded by clicking on " Submit Complaint Form " and " Submit Response Form ".

In order to assist parties there is Flow Chart of Proceedings showing the various stages of a Wireless Keyword dispute resolution proceedings which hopefully will be useful to the parties.
