Proceedings (Simplified)
Stage 1
Applicable Disputes
You believe that the domain name registered
by the current owner is identical or confusingly
similar to your trademark or service mark in
which you have rights; and
You believe that the current owner has no
rights or legitimate interests in respect of the
domain name; and
You believe that your
domain name has been registered and being used
in bad
faith.
