Welcome to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre's (HKIAC) .ph domain name dispute resolution website.

As of 1 June 2005, the HKIAC is one of the providers of dispute resolution services in regard to .pw domain names, having been appointed for such purposes by dotPH ("REGISTRY"). .ph disputes handled by the HKIAC are governed by the phTLD Dispute Resolution Policy (the "Policy") and Rules for the phTLD Dispute Resolution Policy (the "Rules") approved for implementation by REGISTRY on 1 August 2004 as well as the HKIAC Supplemental Rules for pwTLD Dispute Resolution Policy adopted by the HKIAC with effect from 1 June 2005. The Administrative Proceeding process will be based only on the documents provided by the parties with an in-person hearing occurring only in exceptional cases.

Domain name disputes administered by the HKIAC can be filed and handled by e-mail, fax and/or post. The necessary forms for filing a Complaint or submitting a Response can be downloaded by clicking on "Submit Complaint Form" and "Submit Response Form".
