FIAA - Learning-by-doing Workshop
In 2013 Destination Justice, a leading Cambodian nonprofit organisation operating in the areas of law, governance and development, hosted a number of training and awareness raising events about arbitration in Cambodia. Events included the inaugural Phnom Penh Arbitration Week, which was jointly hosted with the Haguebased Permanent Court of Arbitration, and Cambodia’s first Arbitration Training Course held at the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in cooperation with international law firms Clifford Chance and WilmerHale.
This year, Destination Justice, together with the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has the honour and pleasure to present the 2014 Phnom Penh International Arbitration Day to be held on Friday, 25 July 2014, together with the invitees from the Government of Cambodia, Cambodian inhouse lawyers and arbitration practitioners, arbitrators of the Cambodian National Commercial Arbitration Centre and the Arbitration Council and Cambodian legal scholars.
