Among them are the Legal/ ADR, Corporate, Insurance and Construction fields from private sectors, and the Housing Authority, Financial Dispute Resolution Centre, Joint Mediation Helpline Office and HK Family Welfare Society from the institutional/ special sectors. It is amazing how they may differ in the characteristics they look for in a mediator and the ‘why’ and ‘what’ factors which may affect whom they choose and appoint.
