International Dispute Resolution Masterclass
The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific (RCAP), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) East Asia Branch (EAB) and the International Dispute Resolution Academy (IDRA) are co-organising a two-day intensive masterclass programme on international dispute resolution in Shanghai on 26 and 27 September 2016.
This masterclass programme focuses on what lawyers, arbitrators and cross-border trading companies and merchants need to know about the relevant UNCITRAL instruments on international commercial conciliation and arbitration. It will develop participants’ understanding of the prevailing principles and practice in international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution.
