With the implementation of the ICANN new gTLDs programme, close to 2,000 new gTLDs are now coming into operation in cyberspace. Under this new environment, how to tackle online infringements concerning bad faith registration and use of domain names has become a matter of great concern of many brand owners and Intellectual Property (IP) lawyers.
The theme of this year’s Conference is “Rethinking Domain Name Dispute Resolution in the Era of New gTLDs”. In the Conference, a number of renowned IP practitioners, domain name experts, and arbitrators will share their views on various new topics in relation to domain name dispute resolution and IP arbitration. For further information of the Conference, please refer to the flyer as attached.
