Inaugural Financial Dispute Series (2014)
The Commercial Mediation Interest Group of the Hong Kong Mediation Council of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre is honoured to have the renowned solicitor, mediator and mediation trainer Mr Norris Yang to deliver a talk on development of the mediation practice through promotion of mediation to resolve commercial disputes.
Mr Yang will talk about how to assist clients to resolve disputes in a timely and cost-efficient manner, how commercial clients choose mediators, prevention of disputes in the first place, mediation before legal proceedings, the blame game and improvement of the opportunity for mediators to serve clients.
