Hong Kong Arbitration Week flagship event - 2023 ADR in Asia Conference, with the theme, "The Kintsugi of 21st Century International Arbitration", this conference aims, in the spirit of kintsugi, to “reset” approaches to arbitration after the fragmentation of recent years, with different perspectives, innovative discussions, and a lively debate.
Our outstanding panellists will explore a wide range of topics, including “what is an issue conflict?”, the efficacy and utility of AI in international arbitration, the uptake of ORFSA, as well as releasing new research that unlocks the black box of party appointments.
