Mediation Ethics Seminar
The Commercial Mediation Interest Group of the Hong Kong Mediation Council is honoured to have the renowned solicitor mediator and assessor Mr. Simon YEUNG to deliver a seminar on Monday, 29 February 2016.
The seminar will cover the issues of mediation ethics such as impartiality, confidentiality and conflicts of interest. It will also cover the foundation of mediation such as voluntariness and self-determination of the parties, competence of the mediator, the question of truthfulness and disclosure, the mediator’s duties to third parties and the legal representatives’ duties.Read more
