The first two months of an arbitration are usually critical for the overall progression of proceedings. This workshop is aimed at preparing arbitrators who have received (or are close to receiving) their first appointments as arbitrator for the first two months of an arbitration. Important topics such as initial correspondence, managing non-participating parties, and preparation of Procedural Order No. 1 will be discussed. Please note that this is an interactive event to which participants are expected to actively contribute.
