Donald Francis Donovan is Co-Head of the International Disputes Group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and serves as counsel in international disputes before courts in the United States, international arbitration tribunals, and international courts. He is widely regarded as one of the leading international arbitration practitioners and practicing international lawyers in the world. Mr. Donovan serves as President of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). He recently completed a term as President of the American Society of International Law, and he previously served as Chair of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA). He teaches International Arbitration and International Investment Law and Arbitration at the New York University School of Law.Book online
