CONGRATULATIONS TO IBA ARB40 COMPETITION JOINT WINNERS

Congratulations!

The IBA Arb 40 Arbitration Committee's Arb40 Subcommittee has announced Claus von Wobeser from Mexico and Rizki Karim from Indonesia as the joint overall winners of the IBA Arb40 Competition for the Most Meaningful Stories.

The competition, organised by International Bar Association, attracted entries from 16 countries across 6 continents. The judges were impressed with the quality and diversity of stories.

The joint winners will each receive prizes generously donated by sponsoring organisations. HKIAC has donated an annual individual subscription to HKIAC Case Digest. This subscription will provide Claus and Rizki with access to a wide range of notable arbitration cases.

HKIAC congratulates the winners, and the International Bar Association, on such a successful competition.
