Sicen is Counsel in HKIAC’s arbitration team. She administers cases in English and Chinese.
Prior to joining HKIAC, Sicen interned at international law firms in Paris and London where she was involved in commercial and investment arbitration cases. She also interned at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) in Hamburg.
