Recently, Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC) was appointed by ICANN as provider to resolve new gTLDs disputes under the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS) and Trademark - Post Delegation Dispute Resolution Policy (TM-PDDRP). This talk will introduce the relevant ICANN dispute resolution policies for new gTDs, with highlights on ADNDRC's practical experience in employing Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to facilitate domain name dispute resolution proceedings.
